Framework Construction is a family-owned general contractor serving homeowners across the Greater Seattle area and Puget Sound region. We founded the company in 2023 with a clear purpose: to give homeowners a reliable, experienced team they can trust to manage a construction project from start to finish. From custom home builds and ADUs to whole-home remodeling and structural renovations, we take on the kind of work that requires both technical depth and genuine care for the finished result.

Our team brings over 40 years of combined hands-on construction experience across residential building. Co-owner Peter has spent more than 30 years working directly in the trade, and co-owner Denis brings over a decade of his own. Together, that experience spans structural framing, remodeling, custom decks, windows and doors, roofing, siding, sunrooms, luxury skylights, and detailed finish carpentry and millwork. That range of knowledge gives us a well-rounded understanding of how a home comes together, both structurally and aesthetically.

What drives Framework Construction is a genuine passion for the construction process itself. Denis started the company because he finds real satisfaction in taking an idea through all its challenges and watching it become something tangible. Every project brings its own set of problems to solve, and that problem-solving is something he enjoys rather than avoids. He is detail-oriented by nature and believes in doing things correctly the first time rather than cutting corners to save time.

As a family-owned business, we stay personally involved in every project we take on. We manage the process directly, stay ahead of what is coming next, communicate honestly with clients, and make sure the details are handled properly at every stage. We are not a company that hands off your project and disappears. We are present, accountable, and invested in the outcome.
